Rules Agreement

 

For the purposes of this agreement, the individual reading these rules will be referred to as "Guest," and Legacy BnB Management LLC (DBA Legacy BnB Suites) will be referred to as "Host." All Guests are required to read this information before checking into their accommodations. Not reading this does not exempt Guests from adhering to the rules. If you are an Airbnb guest all issues will go through Airbnb support.

 

​Noise Policy:

  • Loud noise is prohibited. Please be respectful of other Guests. If the Guest disturbs the peace, they will receive one warning. After that, they will be removed from the property without a refund. Guest violations may result in a $250 fine charged to the Guest’s card on file.

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect other Guests during this time.

Smoking Policy:

  • Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, vapes, cannabis, cigars, etc.) is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including the condo and roof. A $250 fine will be charged to the Guest's card on file for violations. Evidence of smoking includes the smell of smoke in the room, ashes, buts, gar guts, blunt tips, or any smoking related trash.

Burning Items:

  • Burning incense, candles, kerosene lamps, or any other items is prohibited. Violations will result in a $250 fine charged to the Guest’s card on file.

Damage Reporting:

  • Any damage to the condo must be reported within 30 minutes of check-in. Damages not reported will be the responsibility of the Guest unless it has been reported by a previous Guest or there’s an active work order for the damage. As stated we do have security cameras. If Guest damages property in the or outside of the building the is considered part of 925 Common St New Orleans, LA 770112. All damages will be charged to the Guest’s card on file. There is no set maximum charge for damage caused by the Guest.

Unauthorized Guests:

  • All Guests must be registered. All visitors must be reported to the Host. Failure of the Guest to report visitors will result in their designation as unauthorized Guests. If there are more Guests in the condo than authorized, or if Visitors/Unauthorized Guests are not reported, the Guest will incur a $200 fine per unauthorized person.

Parties and Gatherings:

  • Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Violations will result in a minimum fine of $200 charged to the Guest’s card on file and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy:

  • Unauthorized pets are not allowed. Service pets are permitted as required by law. The Guest must notify the Host ahead of time and provide certified paperwork proving the animal is a service animal by the day before check-in. A $250 fine will be charged to the Guest’s card on file for violations.

Property Damage:

  • Do not leave bags unattended. The Guest must report any unattended bags to security or property management immediately at 228-243-5668 or on WhatsApp at the same number for Guests from outside the United States.
    The Guest must lock their door each time they leave their room and report any security issues to 228-243-5668 or on WhatsApp at the same number for Guests from outside the United States.

Early Check-In:

  • Early check-in is available for a $20 fee. Check in will be 2 PM instead of 4 PM. If you would like to check in early PLEASE LET US KNOW THE DAY BEFORE YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We can't set QW2up early check in before then. If we can get you into the condo before 2 PM we will. Early check in is offered as a courtesy and is subject to availability. Hours and availability may vary and are not guaranteed. Early check in will be charged to the Guest’s card on file.

Late Checkout:

  • Late checkout is available for a $20 fee. Checkout will be 1230 PM instead of 11 AM. If you would like to checkout late PLEASE LET US KNOW THE DAY BEFORE YOUR CHECKOUT DATE. We can't set up late checkout before then. If you don't ask for a checkout and you stay past the 11 am checkout time, at 11:15 AM the you/Guest will be charged for a late checkout fee of $20 to your/Guest's card on file. If you pay for a late checkout and do not checkout at 12:30 PM, the designated late checkout time, at 12:45 PM you/the Guest will be charge for the full price of another night including taxes, fees, and cleaning fees to your/the Guest card on file.

Extend Your Stay:

  • For a Guest to extend their stay, the Guest must notify the Host by the day before check-out. The condos book quickly. Requests made on the morning of check-out may not be accommodated due to scheduling conflicts, availability of cleaning services, or upcoming reservations for the unit. Guests who plan to extend but do not get it done by 11:00 AM on the day of checkout and have not arranged a late check-out will be charged a $20 late checkout fee. If the Guest does extend after the 11 AM time frame they will be charged a second cleaning fee. If the guest still has not extended by 12:30 PM and has not vacated the condo, the Guest will be charged for another night to the Guest’s card on file.

Cancelation Policy: Non-refundable

  • The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time. If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Legacy BnB Suites

Rules Agreement

**Agreement Between Legacy BnB Management LLC (DBA Legacy BnB Suites) and Guest**


This Agreement is entered into by and between Legacy BnB Management LLC, doing business as Legacy BnB Suites, hereinafter referred to as "Host," and the undersigned guest, hereinafter referred to as "Guest."


**Acknowledgment and Acceptance:**


By signing and submitting the Rules Form Host, the Guest acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all Rules listed at legacybnbsuites.com/rules


**Payment Authority and Authorization:**

Upon signing and submission of the Rules Form, the Guest authorizes the Host to retain their credit card on file. The Guest grants the Host the authority to charge the aforementioned credit/debit card for any applicable fees arising from the Guest's stay. This includes, but is not limited to, incidentals, damages, services rendered, stay extensions, and any other unforeseen charges that may occur during or after the Guest's stay.


**Duration of Payment Authorization:**

The Guest expressly consents that this authorization extends from the date of check-in and remains valid for up to 180 days following the date of checkout. This period is established for the purpose of ensuring all potential charges are properly addressed and resolved.


**Terms and Conditions:**

The Guest agrees that the Host holds sole discretion in determining the necessity and validity of charges applied to the credit card on file, in accordance with the terms stated above. The Host will provide an itemized statement of any charges requested by the Guest for transparency and record purposes.


**Conclusion:**

This Agreement serves as a binding contract between the Host and the undersigned Guest. It is intended to protect the interests of both parties involved and uphold the standards of service and accountability at Legacy BnB Suites.


The Guest, by their signature below, confirms their acceptance and understanding of each clause within this Agreement, agreeing to adhere to its stipulations without exception.
