Located on the roof. Use the elevator marked Penthouse (PH). Pool hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Open year-round but closed twice annually for maintenance (dates vary). Service is offered as a courtesy and is subject to availability. Hours and availability may vary and are not guaranteed.
Parking:

Parking is not provided. Some nearby options include The Roosevelt New Orleans 130 Roosevelt Way offers Valet parking as available. It is a paid service. Ubi Park at 135 Roosevelt Way Has security and is just across the street. It's a good parking garage. Then there's Air Garage directly across the street from Uni Park. This parking garage is attached to 925 Common building. This is not the nicest garage. Sometimes it smells because of the seafood restaurant on the 1st floor and their garbage cans right as you pull in. Where there is garbage there will be rodents. Just a heads up. This is the most coinvent of all the parking garages but not a very nice one. If you park on the second or third floor of this parking garage you can access the elevators directly into the building and go straight to your condo. There is a white building in the middle of the parking garage. The doors on the small white building do not say elevators or anything really. The doors facing the inside of the parking garage are locked. The doors facing the windows of the parking garage are open, Pull on them. When they open you will see the elevators. Just push the up button, get in, select your floor and you're good to go. Rates vary per hour and day, depending on events in New Orleans. Please note, the Host is not affiliated with any parking agencies, and these are merely suggestions. The Host assumes no liability for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or personal property while using these parking options.

Luggage Storage:

Free luggage storage is provided as a courtesy. Please let us know the day before if you may need luggage storage if possible. Storage is typically available from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily. Text 601-215-3988 if you don't get a text back within 15 minutes give us a call or use WhatsApp for guests outside the US. Service is offered as a courtesy and is subject to availability. Early Check-In:

Early check-in is available for a $20 fee. Check in will be 2 PM instead of 4 PM. If you would like to check in early PLEASE LET US KNOW THE DAY BEFORE YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We can't setup early check in before then. If we can get you into the condo before 2 PM we will. Early check in is offered as a courtesy and is subject to availability. Hours and availability may vary and are not guaranteed. Early check in will be charged to the Guest’s card on file.
Late Checkout:

Late checkout is available for a $20 fee. Checkout will be 1230 PM instead of 11 AM. If you would like to checkout late PLEASE LET US KNOW THE DAY BEFORE YOUR CHECKOUT DATE. We can't set up late checkout before then. If you don't ask for a checkout and you stay past the 11 am checkout time, at 11:15 AM the you/Guest will be charged for a late checkout fee of $20 to your/Guest's card on file. If you pay for a late checkout and do not checkout at 12:30 PM, the designated late checkout time, at 12:45 PM you/the Guest will be charge for the full price of another night including taxes, fees, and cleaning fees to your/the Guest card on file.
Extend Your Stay:

For a Guest to extend their stay, the Guest must notify the Host by the day before check-out. The condos book quickly. Requests made on the morning of check-out may not be accommodated due to scheduling conflicts, availability of cleaning services, or upcoming reservations for the unit. Guests who plan to extend but do not get it done by 11:00 AM on the day of checkout and have not arranged a late check-out will be charged a $20 late checkout fee. If the Guest does extend after the 11 AM time frame they will be charged a second cleaning fee. If the guest still has not extended by 12:30 PM and has not vacated the condo, the Guest will be charged for another night to the Guest’s card on file.
Laundry:
Services are offered as a courtesy and are subject to availability. Hours and availability may vary and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible in anyway for damages to your laundry. When accepting this service

(Coming Soon) Laundry Washing Services: Laundry washing services are provided daily. They are picked up between 12 PM and 2 PM daily and returned the following day between the same times. This is priced per pound at $5 per pound.
A full set of linens includes all sheets, pillowcases, towels, rags, and hand towels. It does not include duvets, quilts/blankets, mattress covers, or any covers from couches or couch pillows, nor does it include the washing or cleaning of any personal items. This laundry is done off site by a professional laundry service/third party vendor. By accepting this service you agree that the Host is not liable for any damages to your personal items being washed by the third party vendor.
Noise Policy:

Loud noise is prohibited. Please be respectful of other Guests. If the Guest disturbs the peace, they will receive one warning. After that, they will be removed from the property without a refund. Guest violations may result in a $250 fine charged to the Guest’s card on file.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect other Guests during this time.
Smoking Policy:

Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, vapes, cannabis, cigars, etc.) is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including the condo and roof. A $250 fine will be charged to the Guest's card on file for violations. Evidence of smoking includes the smell of smoke in the room, ashes, buts, gar guts, blunt tips, or any smoking related trash.
Burning Items:

Burning incense, candles, kerosene lamps, or any other items is prohibited. Violations will result in a $250 fine charged to the Guest’s card on file.
Damage Reporting:

Any damage to the condo must be reported within 30 minutes of check-in. Damages not reported will be the responsibility of the Guest unless it has been reported by a previous Guest or there’s an active work order for the damage. As stated we do have security cameras. If Guest damages property in the or outside of the building the is considered part of 925 Common St New Orleans, LA 770112. All damages will be charged to the Guest’s card on file. There is no set maximum charge for damage caused by the Guest.
Unauthorized Guests:

All Guests must be registered. All visitors must be reported to the Host. Failure of the Guest to report visitors will result in their designation as unauthorized Guests. If there are more Guests in the condo than authorized, or if Visitors/Unauthorized Guests are not reported, the Guest will incur a $200 fine per unauthorized person.
Parties and Gatherings:

Parties and large gatherings are not allowed. Violations will result in a minimum fine of $200 charged to the Guest’s card on file and possible removal from the property.
Pet Policy:

Unauthorized pets are not allowed. Service pets are permitted as required by law. The Guest must notify the Host ahead of time and provide certified paperwork proving the animal is a service animal by the day before check-in. A $250 fine will be charged to the Guest’s card on file for violations.
Roof Access:

Do not leave designated Guest areas on the roof. Accessing restricted areas near A/C systems is prohibited and may result in injury and removal from the property. Entry into restricted areas is at the Guest’s own risk.
Bag Security:

Do not leave bags unattended. The Guest must report any unattended bags to security or property management immediately at 228-243-5668 or on WhatsApp at the same number for Guests from outside the United States.
